Another short line built by real estate developers but turned over to the Portland Railway, Light & Power Company for operation. It was somewhat of an oddity, being a stub line branching off another stub line, and offering fare-free operation at the behest of the real estate developers. This eventually meant that the line became operated at a heavy loss [ridership was probably never that high], and the line was in poor physical shape by 1922. Although repaired by the PRL&P, the writing was on the wall and the line was abandoned in November 1929.
