A park owned by the City & Suburban Railway Company (1891–1904) somewhere within walking distance of the then-end of the Irvington Line on Tillamook between NE 15th and NE 19th. Mentioned in a May 1899 article, which simply says: “The City & Suburban Company has a park at Irvington, but it is not yet announced whether they will furnish amusement to their patrons there.” This would not seem to be the Irvington Race Track, which was founded in 1895 and was not owned by the City & Suburban company.

Contemporaneous with Cable Park, Cedar Park and Willamette Heights Park.
