A tourist steam railway formed in 1961 that ran trips along the SP&S-owned logging line from Banks to Vernonia each summer from 1964 to 1969.

It is notable in the context of this research because its passenger rolling stock was made up entirely of ex-Oregon Electric Railway cars. Six cars came from the Pacific Great Eastern Railway in June 1961 (though some sources only say five); the other two came via the Willamette Valley Electric Railway Association in 1966. Another OE car body (No. 105) which had previously been the Oak Grove Diner, was used as ticket office and waiting room from 1964 to 1969, though it remained extant in Banks until 1994 before finally being scrapped.

Never profitable, the company folded before the 1970 season began and sold all of its functioning cars to the Black Hills Central Railroad in South Dakota.
